Raritan Twp Police Dept Press Release: June 21, 2019

On Wednesday June 5, 2019 at 10: 25 am Sgt. Robert Landolina initiated a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle travelling Route 31 near New Jersey Ave. The driver, Kalen M. Mundy was not wearing a seatbelt. After further investigation Kalen M. Mundy (age 21) of Philadelphia, PA and his two passengers, Richard M. Schufreider Jr. (Age 21) of Philadelphia and Joseph J. Bielesch Jr. (Age 19) of Philadelphia were all charged with Possession of Less than 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Thursday June 6, 2019 at 5:40 pm Sgt. Robert Landolina initiated a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle traveling on Route 523. The vehicle being driven by Georgina Silvia-Williams had a broken tail-light. After further investigation a passenger, Hakeem R. Nickerson was arrested for Possession of Less than 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Contempt of Court (East Orange and Readington Twp.).

On Sunday June 9, 2019 at 5:45 pm Santana M. Bellick (Age 32) of Milford, NJ was arrested by Officer Ryan Barry for Defiant Trespass at ShopRite. Santana had previously been banned from the store for past acts of shoplifting.

On Wednesday June 11, 2019 at 12: 35 am Sgt. Robert Landolina initiated a traffic stop on a Toyota pickup truck for making an illegal U-turn on Route 202/31. The driver, Louis J. Ruggiero (Age 50) of West Hills, CA was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On June 11, 2019 at 6:45 pm Detective Corporal Scott Iglay and Detective Meg Hammond arrested Ismar Glamocak for Theft. The incidents occurred at All Women's Healthcare.

On Tuesday June 18, 2019 at 12:00 am Sgt. Robert Landolina arrested Kristin A. Donnoli (Age 26) of Flemington, NJ, and Elvis A. Carr (Age 20) of Bloomsbury, NJ for Possession of Less than 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

THE FACT THAT A PERSON HAS BEEN ARRESTED AND CHARGED DOES NOT IMPLY THAT HE OR SHE IS GUILTY. ALL PERSONS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
