Monday, April 30, 2018 @ 10:20 P.M.- Police arrested Devon A. Degrasse, age 23, of Flemington, N.J. for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Marijuana less than fifty grams. Degrasse was parked on Lexington Circle with his lights on and his vehicle off and brought his attention to an officer patrolling the area. Degrasse was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Degrasse was released pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Sgt. Robert Landolina.

Saturday, May 5, 2018 @ 12:49 A.M.- Police arrested Glenn R. Spearman Jr, age 28, of Philadelphia, P.A. for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Marijuana less than fifty grams. Spearman was a rear passenger in a vehicle that was stopped on State Highway Route 202/31 near Hart Blvd for a malfunctioning brake light. Spearman was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Marijuana in an amount of less than fifty grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. After processing Spearman was released pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Ptl. Dustin Pflug.

Saturday, May 5, 2018 @ 1:19 A.M.- Police arrested Nicholas T. Sapienza, age 36, of Elizabeth, N.J. for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Marijuana less than fifty grams. Sapienza was stopped for a malfunctioning brake light on State Highway Route 202 near Johanna Farms Road. Sapienza was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Marijuana in an amount of less than fifty grams, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe. Sapienza was issued motor vehicle summonses for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Maintenance of Lamps. Sapienza was released pending a Court date. Saturday, May 5, 2018 @ 3:17 A.M.-Police arrested Sally Elkholy, age 23, of Lambertville, N.J. for Driving under the Influence. Bridgewater Police Department was attempting to conduct a motor vehicle stop of Elkholy's vehicle for various motor vehicle offenses. Elkholy's vehicle was ultimately located and stopped on State Highway Route 202 by Sgt. Robert Landolina for Failure to Maintain Lane and Reckless Driving. Elkholy was processed at police headquarters and issued the following motor vehicle summonses; Driving under the Influence, Reckless Driving and Failure to Maintain Lane. Elkholy was released to a family member pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Sgt. Robert Landolina.

Saturday, May 5, 2018 @ 1:22 P.M.-Police arrested Nicole Parah, age 30, of Hamilton, N.J., and Jonathan P. Guild, age 33, of Hamilton, N.J. for Shoplifting. Walmart security notified police of suspected shoplifting suspects that left the store and provided a description of above individuals and vehicle information. Police located the vehicle on Sand Hill Road. Parah and Guild were charged with the following, Shoplifting (amount over $200.00, Blue Tooth Speakers), Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Heroin and Possession of Hypodermic Syringes. Guild was transported to the Hunterdon County Jail, Parah was released pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Ptl. Michael Podlaski, with assistance by Cpl. David Carson and Ptl. Michael Dendis.

Saturday, May 5, 2018 @ 4:53 P.M.-Police arrested Matthew J. Petras, age 39, of Middlesex, N.J. for Driving under the Influence. Police were called to the Lowe's Store in Flemington, for a subject sleeping in a vehicle with visible open alcohol containers. Petras was charged with Driving under the Influence, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Marijuana in an amount of less than fifty grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Petras was issued motor vehicle summonses for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in a Motor Vehicle and Open Container. Investigation and arrest conducted by Ptl. Michael Dendis.

Sunday, May 6, 2018 @ 1:14 A.M.-Police arrested James A. Picklo, age 47, of Flemington, N.J. for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Acetaminophen/Oxycodone. Picklo was stopped for Failure to Maintain Lane on State Highway Route 202. Picklo was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, (Acetaminophen/Oxycodone), and issued motor vehicle summonses for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in a Motor Vehicle, Failure to Produce a valid Registration, and Failure to Maintain Lane. Picklo was released pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Sgt. Robert Landolina.

Sunday, May 6, 2018, @ 11:49 P.M. Police arrested Shanna M. Kwasnik, age 19, of Bushkill, P.A. for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Marijuana, in an amount of less than fifty grams. Kwasnik was stopped on State Highway Route 31 for Failure to Maintain Lane. Kwasnik was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Marijuana, in an amount of less than fifty grams, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Kwasnik was issued motor vehicle summonses for Obstructed View and Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in a Motor Vehicle. Kwasnik was released pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Sgt. Robert Landolina.
