Monday, December 4, 2017 @ approximately 11:12 PM - Police arrested Emily Q. Gagliardi, age 25 of Hillsborough, NJ and charged her with narcotics offenses following a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 202/31. Gagliardi was initially stopped for maintenance of lamps and obstructed view violations. She was charged criminally with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (heroin), possession of hypodermic syringes and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gagliardi was also issued motor vehicle summonses for maintenance of lamps and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. She was released after processing at police headquarters. Investigation and arrest by P.O. Adam Swiatek.

Tuesday, December 5, 2017 @ approximately 12:12 PM - Police arrested Bruce B. Billger, Jr., age 34 of Allentown, PA and charged him with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following contact with him in the parking lot of Country Side Plaza on Rt. 31. Police were initially called to the area for a report of loose dogs. Upon arrival, no loose dogs were found but police observed a suspicious occupied vehicle, with an expired registration parked in the parking lot there. A check of the vehicle identified Billger as the driver. Billger was also issued motor vehicle summonses for unregistered vehicle and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. He was released after processing at police headquarters. Investigation and arrest by Sgt. Robert Landolina.

Tuesday, December 5, 2017 @ approximately 3:49 PM - Police arrested Rashan M. Baker, age 42 of North Plainfield, NJ and charged him with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana following a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 202/31. Baker was initially stopped after a random vehicle inquiry revealed a suspended registration status on the vehicle that he was driving. He was also issued motor vehicle summonses for suspended registration and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. Baker was released after processing at police headquarters. Investigation and arrest by P.O. Anthony Moreno.

Wednesday, December 6, 2017 @ approximately 11:18 AM - Police arrested Sterling K. Warren, age 27 and Kimesha Speight, age 32, both of Philadelphia, PA and charged each with multiple offenses following an incident at Burlington Coat Factory on Rt. 202. Police were initially called to Burlington Coat factory for a reported shoplifting in progress. Physical descriptions of the two suspects, as well as the vehicle they left the store in were provided. Upon arrival, police learned that the suspects left the store with at least two suitcases filled with store merchandise (clothing and shoes). Neither the suitcases nor the merchandise were paid for. P.O. Flemming of the West Amwell Township Police Department stopped the suspect vehicle in his jurisdiction after hearing the description broadcast via police radio. Warren and Speight were ultimately taken into custody. Warren was charged with shoplifting - value in excess of $500.00 but less than $75,000.00, hindering his own apprehension and possession of an anti-shoplifting device. He was released after processing at police headquarters. Speight was charged with shoplifting - value in excess of $500.00 but less than $75,000.00, hindering her own apprehension, possession of an anti-shoplifting device and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (Suboxone). She was also released after processing at police headquarters. The vehicle was towed form the scene of the stop. Investigation and arrests by P.O. Ismael Mendez.

Wednesday, December 6, 2017 @ approximately 11:29 AM - Police arrested Thomas C. Hansen, age 23 of Perkasie, PA and charged him with narcotics offenses following a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 202/31. Hansen was a passenger in a vehicle that was initially stopped for failure to observe a red traffic signal. He was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (heroin) and possession of a hypodermic syringe. Hansen was released from police headquarters after processing. Investigation and arrest by Sgt. Robert Landolina.
