Friday, November 9, 2018 @ 2:12 AM-Police arrested David N Claybrook, age 23, of Piscataway, N.J., for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Marijuana, less than fifty grams. Claybrook was stopped on Route 202 for a view obstruction. Claybrook was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Marijuana, less than fifty grams, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Claybrook was issued motor vehicle summonses for Possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and Unclear Plate. Investigation and arrest conducted by Sgt. Robert Landolina.

Sunday, November 11, 2018 @ 10:00 AM-Members of the Raritan Township Police Department competed in a fundraising event at Healthquest in Flemington benefitting the Flemington-Raritan Rescue Squad. The event was pulling Flemington-Raritan's Rescue truck fifty yards with a maximum of 12 people in the fastest time possible. The rescue truck had an approximate gross weight of 60,000 lbs. 12 Members of the police department entered the event and pulled the truck 50 yards in a record setting time of 30.26 seconds to win the event. Nine other teams entered the event. Over $1000.00 worth of donations were raised for the rescue squad.

Wednesday, November 14, 2018 @ 1:30 PM- Police arrested Heather Best, age 35, of Hackettstown, N.J., for Shoplifting. Police were in the area of the Walmart parking lot for suspicious activity and located Best. Best was found to be in possession of a total of $522.97 worth of merchandise that was removed from the Walmart store without payment. Best was charged with Shoplifting and released with a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Sgt. Robert Landolina.
