Thursday, June 21, 2018 @ 11:03 AM-Police arrested Robert Damato, age 55, of Three Bridges, N.J., and charged him with Theft. Damato was observed removing a Propane Grill Cylinder from the lane of a residence at 114A Route 31. The Propane Cylinder had a value of $40.00. Police located Damato at his residence and charged him with Theft of Movable Property. Damato was released pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Cpl. David Carson.

Friday, June 22, 2018 @ 1:08 AM-Police arrested Ellen M. Patterson, age 52, of Asbury, N.J., for Driving Under the Influence. Patterson was stopped on State Highway Route 31 near P.A. Ave. for speeding. Patterson was charged with Driving Under the Influence and issued motor vehicle summonses for Speeding, Careless Driving, and Failure to Maintain Lane. Patterson was released to a family member pending Court. Investigation and arrest conducted by Ptl. Dustin Pflug.

Saturday, June 23, 2018 @ 6:26 PM-Police arrested Douglas C. Wunder, age 44, of Flemington, N.J., for Driving Under the Influence. Police received a report of an intoxicated driver operating a vehicle in the area of Yorkshire Drive that struck a speed limit sign. Upon arrival, officers located Wunder and placed him under arrest. Wunder was charged with Driving Under the Influence and issued the following motor vehicle summonses, Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident, Reckless Driving, Careless Driving, and Failure to Maintain Lane. After processing was completed, Wunder was released to a friend pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Ptl. Michael Podlaski.

Sunday, June 24, 2018 @ 2:57 PM-Police arrested Aida Lastenia Cruzado, age 73, of Westminster, Maryland for Shoplifting. Police were called to respond to the Shop-Rite in Flemington, N.J., for a report of a shoplifting in custody. Upon arrival, officers arrested Cruzado and charged her with Shoplifting, a Disorderly Persons Offense. Cruzado stole various store items totaling $57.79. Cruzado was also issued a Township Ordinance for Committing Unlawful Acts. After processing was completed Cruzado was released pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Ptl. Wednesday, June 27, 2018 @ 4:34 PM- Police arrested Clairessa T. Robinson, age 47, of High Bridge, N.J., for Robbery. Police were called to the Walmart in Flemington for a report of an assault on a Loss Prevention employee by a suspected shoplifting suspect. Upon arrival, police arrested Robinson and charged her with Robbery, 2nd Degree, and Shoplifting, 4th degree. Robinson was reported to have stole $492.76 worth of store merchandise. When confronted, Robinson pushed the cart striking the Loss Prevention Officer causing he/she to fall to the ground. After processing, Robinson was transported to the Hunterdon County Jail. Investigation and arrest were conducted by Cpl. David Carson, Ptl. Michael Dendis, Ptl. Brett Szatkowski, Ptl. Scott Phibbs and Det. Geoffrey Benz.

Thursday, June 28, 2018 @ 12:40 AM-Police arrested Richard Delvacchio, age 50, of Flemington, N.J., for Driving Under the Influence. Police received a report of a possible suspected drunk driving operating a vehicle on State Highway Route 202. Police stopped Delvacchio and charged him with Driving Under the Influence. Delvacchio was issued the following motor vehicle summonses, Failure to Maintain Lane, Reckless Driving, Careless Driving, Fictitious/Unclear Plate, Failure to Produce Documents, and Creating Risk of Accident or Injury. After processing was completed, Delvacchio was released to a family member pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Ptl. Brian Mayer.

Thursday, June 28, 2018 @ 11:26 PM-Police arrested Lasha T. Vample, age 26, of Philadelphia, P.A., for Possession of C.D.S., Under Fifty Grams of Marijuana. Vample was stopped for Failure to Wear a Seatbelt on State Highway Route 202/31 near South Main Street. Vample was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Under Fifty Grams of Marijuana and issued a motor vehicle summons for Failure to Wear Seatbelt. Vample was released pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Sgt. Robert Landolina.

Friday, June 29, 2018 @ 10:02 PM-Police arrested Paul James Vespa, age 51, of Flemington, N.J., for Driving Under the Influence. Vespa was involved in a motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of Healthquest and left the scene. Officers found Vespa operating his motor vehicle and arrested him charging him with Driving Under the Influence. Vespa was issued motor vehicle summonses for Reckless Driving, Careless Driving, Failure to Maintain Lane, Unsafe Vehicle, Failure to Report a Motor Vehicle Accident and Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident. Vespa was released to a family member after processing pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Ptl. Anthony Moreno.

Saturday, June 30, 2018 @ 1:03 AM-Police arrested Deborah L. Abram, age 30, of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Jamal Wright, age 46, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Wright was stopped for Maintenance of Lamps and Obstructed View. Abram was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Cocaine, 3rd degree, Possession of Under Fifty Grams of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Wright was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Under Fifty Grams of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Wright was issued motor vehicle summonses for Possession of C.D.S. in a Motor Vehicle, Possession of an Open Alcohol Container, Failure to Maintain Lane and Unclear Plate. Sunday, July 1, 2018 @ 10:37 AM-Police arrested Christian D. Capocasale, age 22, of Rye, N.Y., was arrested for Possession of Under Fifty Grams of Marijuana. Capocasale was stopped along side of the roadway on State Highway Route 202. Upon patrol checking on Capocasale's vehicle believing it was disabled he was arrested. Capocasale was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Under Fifty Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Capocasale was released pending a Court date. Sunday, July 1, 2018 @ 3:34 AM-Police arrested Sean R. Curry, age 21, of Belle Mead, N.J., for Driving Under the Influence. Curry was stopped on State Highway Route 202 for operating his vehicle on the wrong side of the highway. Curry was charged with Driving Under the Influence and issued motor vehicle summonses for the following, Reckless Driving, Careless Driving, Creating Risk of Accident or Injury, and Operating a Vehicle on the Wrong side of the Highway. Tuesday, July 3, 2018 @ 10:31 PM- Police arrested Ruben Junior Rodriguez, age 29, of Philadelphia, P.A., for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Marijuana, less than fifty grams. Rodriguez was initially stopped for Improper Crossing of a Divided Highway on Route 202/31 near Flemington Market Place. Rodriguez was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, under fifty grams of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Rodriguez was issued motor vehicle summonses for Failure to Maintain Lane, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in a Motor Vehicle, Driving While Suspended and Improper Crossing of a Divided Highway. Wednesday, July 4, 2018 @ 5:15 PM-Police charged Steven Lindner, age 31, of Stockton, N.J. for Shoplifting. Lindner was reported to have shoplifted $118.97 worth of merchandise from Tractor Supply on June 27, 2018 after store surveillance obtained the footage. Lindner was released pending a Court date.

Wednesday, July 4, 2018 @ 9:12 PM-Police arrested Allen Alexander, age 24, of Perth Amboy, for Possession of Under Fifty Grams of Marijuana. Alexander was a passenger of a vehicle that was disabled on State Highway Route 202, near Voorhees Corner Road. Alexander was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Marijuana, in an amount of less than fifty grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Alexander was released pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Sgt. Robert Landolina.

Friday, July 6, 2018 @ 2:54 AM-Police arrested Tony T. Pearson, age 38, of Norristown, P.A., for Possession of Under Fifty Grams of Marijuana. Pearson was stopped for an obstructed view on State Highway Route 202/31. Pearson was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Marijuana in an amount of less than fifty grams, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Pearson was issued motor vehicle summonses for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in a Motor Vehicle, Driving While Suspended, No Liability Insurance, Obstructed View and Careless Driving. Friday, July 6, 2018 @ 8:39 PM-Police arrested Chen Chiayi, age 37, of Philadelphia, P.A., for Shoplifting. Chiayi reportedly stole a pack of Newport cigarettes from the 7-11 Store on State Highway Route 202/31. Chiayi was charged with Shoplifting and released pending a Court date. Sunday, July 8, 2018 @ 12:41 AM-Police arrested Linda G. Peterson, age 59, of Flemington, N.J., for Driving under the Influence. Peterson was stopped for Failure to Maintain Lane on State Highway Route 202/31 near Hart Blvd. Peterson was charged with Driving under the Influence and issued motor vehicle summonses for the following, Reckless Driving, Careless Driving, No Registration Card in Possession, Creating Risk of Accident or Injury, Unsafe Lane Change, and Failure to Stop. Tuesday, July 10, 2018 @ 4:25 AM-Police arrested Stephanie Davis, age 23, and Anninka N. Jones, age 23, both from Tobyhanna P.A., for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Marijuana, in an amount of less than fifty grams. Davis was initially stopped for speeding, 65 m.p.h. in a 45 m.p.h. zone on State Highway Route 202/31. Both were charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Marijuana in an amount of less than fifty grams. Davis was also issued summonses for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in a Motor Vehicle and Speeding. Both were released pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Sgt. Tuesday, July 10, 2018 @ 3:45 PM-Police arrested Sarah C. Smyth, age 44, of Doylestown, P.A., for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, C.D.S. in a container not dispensed, suspected Hydrocodone and Diazepam tablets. Police received a report of an erratic driving on State Highway Route 202/31. Smyth was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and issued a motor vehicle summons for Possession of C.D.S. in a Motor Vehicle. Smyth was released pending a Court date. Wednesday, July 11, 2018 @ 12:32 AM-Police arrested Andrew Murray, age 33, of New Hope, P.A., for Driving under the Influence. Murray was stopped on State Highway Route 31 for Impeding Traffic. Murray was charged with Driving under the Influence and issued motor vehicle summonses for the following, Impeding Traffic, Reckless Driving, Careless Driving, and Refusal to Submit to Breath Testing. Wednesday, July 11, 2018 @ 1:20 AM-Police arrested Anthony A. Scafidi, age 22, of Flourtown, P.A., for Possession of Under Fifty Grams of Marijuana. Scafidi was stopped for operating an unregistered vehicle on State Highway Route 202 near Church Street. Scafidi was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Marijuana, in an amount of less than fifty grams, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Scafidi was also issued motor vehicle summonses for Unregistered Vehicle, Unclear Plate, and Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in a Motor Vehicle. Scafidi was released after processing. Investigation and arrest conducted by Ptl. Mendez.
