Monday, June 4, 2018, @ 10:27 AM- Police arrested Jakayla D. Oaks, age 22, of Canton, Ohio, for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, under fifty grams of Marijuana. Oaks was found to be smoking marijuana in the parking lot of the Travel Inn Motel while an officer was patrolling the parking lot. Oaks was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance under fifty grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Oaks was released pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Sgt. Robert Landolina.

Monday, June 4, 2018, @ 4:42 PM- Police arrested Nicholas Bianco, age 21, of Flemington, N.J. for Criminal Trespass. Bianco was found to be trespassing on the property of the Hunterdon Central High School (inside the school library) without permission. Bianco was charged with Criminal Trespass and Harassment for harassing female students while inside the library. Bianco was released pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Ptl. Connor Gallagher and Det. Scott Iglay.

Tuesday, June 5, 2018, @ 12:42 AM-Police arrested Aseel W. Al Radeai, age 19, of Jamaica, N.Y., and a juvenile male for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Schedule I Narcotic, substance called "Khat". Al Radeai was initially stopped for speeding, 77 m.p.h. in a 55 m.p.h. zone, on State Highway Route 202 near Case Blvd. Al Radeai and the juvenile male were charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Scheduled I Narcotic, and Possession of Fireworks. Al Radeai was also issued motor vehicle summonses for Speeding, and Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in a Motor Vehicle. Investigation and arrest conducted by Ptl. Michael Podlaski and assisted by Cpl. David Carson.

Tuesday, June 5, 2018, @ 1:55 PM- Police arrested Delroy A. Smickle, age 46, of Stewartsville, N.J., for Eluding. Sgt. Robert Landolina attempted to stop Smickle for no front license plate and a broken rear taillight on State Highway Route 31 near Wescott Drive. Smickle failed to stop after Sgt. Landolina activated emergency lights and siren and finally pulled over in the area of #215 U.S. State Highway Route 202. Smickle was charged with Eluding, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, under fifty grams of Marijuana and Obstructing the Administration of Law. Smickle was issued motor vehicle summonses for Improper Signaling, Failure to Keep Right, Unclear Plate, Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Careless Driving, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in a Motor Vehicle, Littering, and Maintenance of Lamps. Investigation and arrest conducted by Sgt. Robert Landolina.
