Thursday, May 17, 2018 @ 12:16 PM- Police arrested Stephen P. Cox, age 24, of Summit, N.J., for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, under fifty grams of Marijuana. Cox was stopped for following too closely on State Highway Route 202/31 near Copper Hill Road. Cox was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance under fifty grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Cox was issued motor vehicle summonses for Following Too Closely, Failure to Produce Valid Registration and Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in a Motor Vehicle. Cox was released pending a Court date.

Sunday, May 19, 2018 @ 12:15 PM-Police arrested Timothy P. Zimmerman, age 61, of Milford, N.J. for Shoplifting. Police were called to Costco to meet with store security who had advised that Zimmerman removed $231.00 worth of Frontline Flea and Tick Control from the Costco Store in Flemington. Zimmerman was charged with Shoplifting and released pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Ptl. Aaron Roth.

Tuesday, May 22, 2018 @ 8:57 AM-Police arrested Daniel A. Malinowski, age 27, of Whitehouse Station, N.J., for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance under fifty grams of Marijuana. Zimmerman was stopped by police for improperly crossing a roadway on foot on Bartles Corner Road. Malinowski was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance under fifty grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Resisting arrest. Malinowski was released pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Ptl. Anthony Moreno.

Tuesday, May 22, 2018 @ 12:59 PM-Police arrested Scarlett Michalik, age 18, of Levittown, P.A. and Sarah E. Kormuth, age 18, of Fairless Hills, P.A., for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance under fifty grams of Marijuana. Michalik was stopped on Route 202/31 in the area of Copper Hill Road for Failure to Maintain Lane and Obstructed View. Michalik was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Cocaine, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance under fifty grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Alcohol Underage. Kormuth was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance under fifty grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Alcohol Underage. Michalik was issued two motor vehicle summonses for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in a Motor Vehicle and Failure to Maintain Lane. Both were released to parents pending a Court date. Investigation and arrest conducted by Sgt. Robert Landolina.
