Raritan Twp Police Dept Press Release: December 5, 2017

Tuesday, November 28, 2017 @ approximately 7:14 PM - Police arrested Martin A. Menendez, age 18 of Flemington and charged him with shoplifting from Kohl's on Rt. 202. On Saturday, November 25 police were called to Kohl's for a reported shoplifting. A loss prevention employee reported a subject had shoplifted clothing with a retail value of less than $200.00, and then fled the area on foot. Following an investigation Menendez was charged with shoplifting - value less than $200.00. He was released after processing at police headquarters. Initial investigation by P.O. Dustin Pflug. Follow-up investigation and arrest by Det. Scott Iglay.

Wednesday, November 29, 2017 @ approximately 3:27 AM - Police arrested Danielle E. Koval, age 38 of Annandale, NJ and charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol following a motor vehicle stop at Action Hyundai. Police were initially called to the dealership for a report of a vehicle parked on the side of the building with the headlights on. Upon arrival, police located the vehicle running with the headlights on and found Koval asleep inside. After investigation on scene, Koval was subsequently placed under arrest. She was issued an additional motor vehicle summons for reckless driving. The vehicle was towed and Koval was released to a friend after processing at police headquarters. Thursday, November 30, 2017 @ approximately 2:04 PM - Police arrested Edward D. Poserina, age 33 of Elkins Park, PA and charged him with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 202/31. Poserina was initially stopped for an obstructed view. He was also issued motor vehicle summonses for obstructed view and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. Poserina was released after processing at police headquarters. Investigation and arrest by Sgt. Robert Landolina.
