Raritan Twp Police Dept Press Release: November 21, 2017

Tuesday, October 31, 2017 @ approximately 10:36 PM - Police arrested Janelle J. Bartley, age 25 of Manville, NJ and charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol following a motor vehicle stop on Old York Road. Bartley was initially stopped for speeding and failure to maintain lane control. She was issued additional motor vehicle summonses for speeding, failure to maintain lane control and reckless driving. The vehicle was towed and Bartley was released to a friend after processing at police headquarters. Investigation and arrest by Sgt. Joseph Canonica.

Tuesday, November 14, 2017 @ approximately 5:42 PM - Police arrested Amy L. Baase, age 45 of Raritan Township and charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol following a motor vehicle stop on Reading Road. Baase was initially stopped for having a brake light out on her vehicle. She was issued additional motor vehicle summonses for maintenance of lamps, driving while suspended, reckless driving, open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle and consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle. The vehicle was towed and Baase was released to a friend after processing. Investigation and arrest by P.O. Brett Szatkowski.

Friday, November 17, 2017 @ approximately 12:34 AM - Police arrested Alexis D. Patillo, age 22 of Philadelphia, PA and charged her with possession of 5 grams or less of hashish and possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana following a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 202/31. Patillo was initially stopped for having no driver's side view mirror, a brake light out and view obstructions. She was also issued motor vehicle summonses for obstructed view, failure to wear seatbelt and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. Patillo was released after processing at police headquarters. Investigation and arrest by P.O. Adam Swiatek.
